Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q.  What is your return policy when ordering online?
A.   Due to  the nature of our business, we do not accept returns for online orders.  If you have any questions about any item before you order, please feel free to call us at 401-785-3646 or email us at simplydainty@cox.net

Q.  What is your return policy when placing an order in-store?
A.  If you live in the area and are able to visit the brick and mortar store our return policy varies  depending  on the item.  Most in stock  items are returnable.   All un-dyed shoes are fully refundable.    Custom orders are non-returnable. 

Q.  How long before my order is shipped to me?
A.  All orders will be shipped   within  7  business  days  from the date the order was placed.

      You can rush order any item

 

  • Flat rate shipping charge of $12.95  for all U.S. orders.
  •  No international shipping at this time.
  • For rush orders, please contact us for details
  • All online orders are shipped via UPS or USPS
  • You must provide us with a physical address ( no PO box )

 

Q.  What if I receive a damaged item?

A.  Any item that is received damaged will be replaced with the same item  and shipped out  to you at no charge.   You must CALL us the day that the product is received.    Please  be sure to ask for the owner (Eileen Brandao)  @ 401-785-3646.  Store Hours:  Tues, Wed & Thurs 11:30-7:00, Friday 11-4
